Initial Assessments:
Individual leadership assessments to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and development priorities.
Goal-setting session to establish clear objectives and outcomes for the coaching engagement. We currently use the D.I.S.C. and 360 assessments.
Coaching Sessions:
Two one-hour coaching sessions per week conducted over video conferencing or in-person (if feasible).
These sessions will provide a safe and confidential space for leaders to explore challenges, receive feedback, and develop strategies for growth.
Action Planning Accountability:
Development of personalized action plans for each leaders KPI's, outlining specific steps and milestones to achieve their goals.
Ongoing accountability and support to ensure progress and encourage implementation of learned skills and strategies within chaotic and complex working environments.
Business SOP:
Creating standard operating procedures for a business that describes the activities necessary to complete tasks in accordance with industry regulations, your own standards for running your business.
Virtual Office:
Providing the virtual office space for your business to allow flexibility for your business operations. Allow help from a back office perspective and have more time to work on your business.
Business Automation:
Managing and creating the automation of the marketing and business tasks for you your business. We create CRM systems, lead generation, social media management and technical assistance.
